LinkedIn Tip – Ever wonder what all the stats are about?

Have you ever wondered about the statistics when you log into LinkedIn.  Well, you are able to see who has viewed your profile, and how many Connections you have.

You can also edit your settings to disable/enable other people from seeing whether you are viewing their profile.  When you are looking at the stats, click on settings at the top right to access.

Please note, there is some fine print, if you make yourself anonymous or someone who works at your company, you will not be able to see the profile stats.  I guess LinkedIn, is giving some incentive for us to not change this setting and allow others to know that you have viewed their profile.  The choice is yours 🙂

  1. Anna, thanks, but I can’t tell how to see who viewed my profile. I feel silly that I can’t figure it out.

Hi Sarah, no worries, let me see if I can help. I wonder, do you see the “Who’s Viewed Your Profile?” on the right side of the page once you log in? If you don’t then, I wonder if your privacy settings are set to anonymous because if they are, then your profile stats are disabled. Let me know if you see the “Who’s Viewed Your Profile?” widget on the right.
