Resolving the Heart of Conflict and the Beginning of Collaboration

My colleague shared an interesting video with me from TEDxHampshireCollege – Jim Ferrell – Resolving the Heart of Conflict.  I think it’s definitely a 20 min. worth watching.

I found it interesting how he talked about our need to justify and how we deal with conflict. How sometimes, we just want to be right in the conflict with our predictions even though  what we really want to be happy is different.
