Are you learning, unlearning and relearning?

“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” Alvin Toffler.

This quote was shared with me at work by a colleague.  It made me think about how I work and what get’s me excited about my day to day activities.  One of my favorite things about the collaboration network I have is what I learn from it and the info I can share back.  Whether it’s a video, a presentation, or a blog, sharing knowledge is something I practice daily.  How does your team work?  Does management support this kind of growth?  How does this reflect in your yearly assessment?

  1. This is somehow very true. But on the other side some of us based on regions skills and capacity wont be able to relearn easy. Yet not to lower this by age groups. Seniors would be likely for the first time bypassed by this quote. Yet daily at work I engage with my network via social and transparent ways of communication. Thank you.
